RUNOFFS 2006 at Heartland Park Topeka
October 9-15, 2006

·         Worker on-line registration will be available beginning May 1st.

- Go to the SCCA website. Then follow this path - Club Racing, Runoffs, Volunteer Information and then to Online Registration. You will create an account when you register.

- This online registration system is thru DLB racing, so if you have worked at a track where they have used this system for worker registration, you will already be in the system. So, no need to then create an account. This will add to the simplicity of registering.

- You will receive a confirmation via an email message thanking you and advising you that this information is being forwarded on to your specialty chief.

-          If you plan on working more than one specialty during the week, you will need to fill out a form for each specialty.

NOTE ** If you are registering more than one person, each person must have a unique email account.  Free email accounts can be created at hotmail.com, gmail.com, or yahoo.com.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can fill out a hard copy of the worker form.

- The form is available in May edition of Fastrack. Simply faxed it to the number provided at the bottom of the form and you will receive a confirmation notice in the mail.

·         You can also reserve you a parking spot for your motorhome while you are registering on-line.

-    Please note - the worker area as defined on the map does not have electricity, but other parts of the track do. If you choose to reserve your spot, the system will show you where you can park. You can then prepay and reserve.

-    Important notice, if you put up a canopy or lay down carpeting outside your motorhome door - NOTHING can be driven in the asphalt. Please remember to bring weights or means of keeping things weighted down.

Cost –
$150 with electicity, one dump and one fill.
$75   just for a motorhome, no electricity, but still one dump and one fill.
$50   for golf cart - unless you are handicapped, and that is free.

·         Lunches will be provided all week to workers.

·         Monday night welcome party at the track in the new pavillion.
·         Thursday night the big party
