Board Meeting
Call to order @ 7:10pm
Solo
- Sunday the 10th, event at Bell Avenue
- Spencer will be gone, but have coverage to take care of MSR, registrations, etc.
- Nathan and Keegan to Co-Chair Bell Ave
- Chris and Darin to Co-Chair Merle Hay Mall
- Need to change timer batteries every event.
TT
- Hastings expected to lose roughly $2000. I-29 made $1,400, so with second I-29 event we should finish even or in the black for TT this year.
- Hastings to scale back perks for drivers.
- Still need Director position filled
Road Racing
- No Updates
Membership
- Taking place 8/6 at Iowa State Fair. Begins at 5:30.
Treasure
- Still have money. Only news is paying Solo bills
Street Survival
- Need understudies for next year to take over duties. Email blast being sent.
- Need volunteers and students. Email blast being sent.
- Need new people to take over registration, etc.
- Do we want to continue doing Street Survival in the future?
- Need to communicate need for workers. Sending out communication via email and on Facebook page.

- Need new board members. Get name in by November for voting at Annual Meeting
