- Eddyville, 2 Valley West Mall and 2 Merle Hay Mall events locked in
- Go Cart enduro at Pole Position in Grimes is coming up
- Annual solo meeting will be in March. Date to follow
- Still looking at other venues. Possible Fort Dodge Community College

- Have Money
- Received Street Survival money and settled up with BMW Club
- Thank you to sponsors: BMW of Des Moines and McGill Junge

- John to start working on printed membership directory

Road Racing
- Schedule is starting to come together

- Award plaque given to John Haluska for Driver of the Year
- Tim Reinhart is Novice of the Year
- Winged Bitch Award missing. If you know whereabouts, please let someone on Board know.
Street Survival
- Have Dates and contract finalized
April 30th at DMACC in Ankeny
October 8th at DMACC in Ankeny
- Need workers, students and sponsors
- Registration will be open very soon
- Have semi lined up

Solo Special Event
- Eddyville Event to be shared with Iowa Mustangs Untamed Club in conjunction with their car show
- IMU paying for track rental
- DMVR providing insurance
- Share profits

National Annual Convention
- Looking to send delegate from DMVR
- February 17th
- Can be used for computers, timing system, helmets, safety equipment, etc.
- Bob is available to discuss what may qualify.
- Can also be used for track improvements (cough…RPM…cough)
- Can go towards charitable event needs
