- Waiver station is responsible for the initial contact with the driver.
- Ask if the person is pre-registered, if not give them a registration sheet and ask them to fill it out before going to registration
- Ask if they are a member, if not give them a weekend member form, and have them fill it out before going to registration.
- Have all people in the car sign the waiver and give them a wristband
